Care Instructions

Japanese Style Steamer

○ After use, wipe with a tightly wrung cloth if dirty. Avoid using detergent whenever possible.

 

Open Fire Rim Bowl

○After use, wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap, then dry thoroughly.

○Avoid using metal scrubbing pads, melamine sponges, abrasives, or bleach, as they may cause scratches or discoloration.

○Leaving residues containing salt or grease on the surface or storing in a humid environment may cause rust or stains.

○If burnt, fill with water, bring to a boil, and scrub gently with a sponge once softened.

Important Handling Precautions

和せいろ

○せいろ使用時は鍋が空焚き状態にならないようの水分量にご注意ください。

○せいろが焦げる事がありますので火力には十分にご注意ください。

○油分の多い物を蒸すときは、せいろ用シートや野菜を敷くと汚れにくくなります。

○食洗機・乾燥機のご使用はお避けください。

○ビニール袋に入れた状態や、濡れたままの状態で保管することは避けてください。

○湿気を嫌うので、風通しの良いところで保管してください。

 

直火リムボウル

○加熱調理の際はミトン(鍋つかみ)などをご使用ください。

○急冷、または加熱しすぎ(揚げ物)や空焚きはは破損の原因となりますのでご注意ください。

○熱い状態でテーブルなどに置きますと跡が残ることがございますので、鍋敷きなどをご使用ください。

○商品のフチや表面に小さな凹凸が見られる場合がありますが、製造工程の都合によるものです。

○空焚きや局所加熱を行うと色抜けが起こる可能性がございます。
