*You can also use store-bought tomato sauce.

  1. Add sunflower oil and chopped garlic to the HEGE and heat slowly over medium heat. Fry the chopped onion until shiny and light brown.
  2. Add the canned tomatoes, season to taste, then add water and bring to a boil.
  3. Once most of the liquid has evaporated, it's done.

  1. Boil the spaghetti and lightly coat it with oil.
  2. Finely chop the onion and thinly slice the Neapolitan filling.
  3. Add the chopped onion and seasonings to the minced pork and knead well. When it becomes sticky, form it into a dough.
  4. Put sunflower oil into the HEGE and turn it on, then immediately fry the hamburger steak. Cover with a wooden lid and fry for 5 minutes over low to medium heat. Once browned, flip and fry for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Lightly fry your favorite vegetables, sausages, etc. next to the hamburger steak.
  6. Add tomato sauce and simmer.
  7. Add the boiled spaghetti and mix with the ingredients and sauce from step 3. Cover with a wooden lid and steam for 1-2 minutes!

We've adapted a popular dish from Parasol that is loved by people of all ages and genders, so that even those living alone can easily make it. The ingredients are simple, too.

Hamburg steaks are easy to make for two, so make a batch and store one wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer for the next time you want to eat it.

~Sanae Nogi's favorite points~

It's easy to heat up! It's also easy to steam, so it's versatile. I also like how it saves time.
