  • Taihaku sesame oil


How to make

  1. Soak the dried scallops in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add Taihaku sesame oil to HEGE and fry squid.
  3. Rehydrate the dried scallops and add the juice.
  4. Add rice and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
